Our mission

To design extraordinary small spaces that make people feel more alive, more free, and more at home.

A note on Schedule 1A.

Our plans are shaped around New Zealand's exemption rules, but exemption is never automatic. Final outcomes depend on your site, your LBP, and your local council.
