Refunds

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a plan has been purchased and downloaded.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following limited situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same plan twice (within a short period).
  • There is a clear technical fault with the download that we cannot resolve.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Before you buy

If you are unsure whether a plan will suit your site, we strongly recommend contacting us first or using the Check My Site tool before purchasing.
